OSPRI operates a high-complexity research laboratory certified under CLIA, registered with the DEA, and compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We are ISO 15189:2022 accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), recognized for scientific excellence, rigorous quality assurance, and advanced technical competence. In addition, we maintain ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Our compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) enables trusted partnerships with the U.S. federal government and Department of Defense
