Randy Phelps
Randy Phelps brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience, delivering operational oversight and strategic solutions across healthcare,financial services, and telecom. Since 2017, he has served as COO of Community Healthcare Partners, driving performance and operational transformation. Mr. Phelps is known for his ability to assess complex business challenges, uncover operational inefficiencies, and implement innovative, cost-effective strategies to improve competitiveness, revenue growth, and profitability. In addition to founding and scaling multiple companies, he has held executive roles at leading organizations including Citigroup, ACS-Xerox, Excel, and BillingTree. At OSPRI, Mr. Phelps leads operations and financial strategy.
